The Previous function steps you backwards through the data, one graph date span at a time.

•If the Interval is set to Day (see Figure 531 below), the graph will step backwards in days, Week and it will step backwards in weeks and Month it will step backwards in months.

 

To Step Back Through the Data and Display Previous Graphs

Click on the Previous button in the Extra Tools section of the Graph window.

•When a graph is first generated, the Previous button won’t be visible as there is no past data to display.

•When data has been added for further dates, the Previous button will appear when later dates are selected.
