Each CR2 GPRS unit in a Synergy system needs its own CR2 GPRS Control Device entry and each CR2 GPRS Control Device entry needs to have a Control Device Group created for it.

Begin by logging in to Synergy, either  as an Administrator or as another user with Device Configuration and Edit View permissions.
