This section describes how Synergy allows Users to be granted Access Permissions and allocated Roles.

•Permissions are system access rights such as Edit, Delete etc.

•Roles have access Permissions assigned to them.

Users are added to Roles and inherit the Permissions assigned to the Role, thus avoiding the repetitious and error prone task of assigning Permissions to multiple individual users.
